Getting Ready For Your Service
COVID-19 Guidelines:
Bring your mask. Only gloves in the facility are allowed to be used. Upon your arrival, you and/or your guest will be directed to wash and sanitize, and you will be asked to do the same before you leave.
If you’ve recently received your vaccinations, make sure you wait at least 30 days from your last vaccination to book your appointment. This is to avoid possible complications or reactions.
If you have a cold, flu, have symptoms of any illness, or are on antibiotics or steroids within the last 7 days before your appointment, please reschedule your appointment with proper notice to avoid putting your technician and others at risk.
Preparing For Your Lip Procedure Appointment
If you have ever had a fever blister, or are carrying the Herpes virus, it is advisable to consult your doctor before you undergo this procedure for a prescription of anti-viral medication, such as Famvir, Valtrex, or Zovirax. It’s great for reducing the risk of a breakout. A lip balm should be used before, ensuring your lips are in good condition and you get the best possible results from your permanent lip coloring procedure.
Please bring all the lip colors and glosses you normally use to your appointment for color matching. If you have any history of cold sores, you should take an anti-viral medication beforehand. All waxing, threading, electrolysis, and laser hair removal should also be completed five to seven days before.
You will have minor swelling and bruising after your procedure. It is normal for your lips to appear much brighter or darker immediately following the procedure. The color of your lips will lift and soften within three to six days. Your lips will need to be moisturized at all times for optimum healing results. Your lips will continue to heal over the next four to six weeks. The color will continue to soften, mature, and become the perfect shade you picked out.
Prepare For Your Brow and Eyeliner Appointment
Wear your everyday eye makeup and bring it along for color matching so we can get the best results together.
You must be fully healed from any eye surgery before you make an appointment. Contact lenses must be removed before, and you should wait at least one day after the application before using them again. Use of lash-growth products must be discontinued at least four weeks before your appointment. For both lip and eye procedures, it is important to discontinue the use of any blood-thinning products. This includes not using aspirin, alcohol, fish oil, and other medications seven days before your procedure unless prescribed by your physician.
After the procedure is done, you will be given instructions on how to care for the area. It’s recommended that you not use our lash extension service at the same time as your eyeliner application.
You may experience some swelling, redness, and tenderness of the skin after the procedure. It should fade away within 12 to 36 hours. The eyeliner will appear darker and thicker than your desired result but will soften during the healing process of three to five days. It is not recommended to apply mascara or any other eye makeup for at least one week. You should wait at least four to six weeks before scheduling a follow-up appointment to make any adjustments to color or design.

Prepare For Your Brow and Eyeliner Appointment
First 10 days:
A permanent makeup procedure is comparable to a skin-deep wound like a scratch, which is usually not a pleasant thing to deal with. When you have the procedure done, expect a small amount of blood, weeping, or fluid to come out during the process. Use a clean gauze, cloth, or slightly damp paper towel to gently blot away lymph. Excess lymph can dry up and form scabs too early. Blotting usually only needs to be done on the day of your visit.
Cleanse your treated area every morning and night with a mild, gentle cleanser and pat dry or allow air to dry.
The treated area may begin to itch and appear slightly thicker in texture before taking on a flaky, dry, and narrow appearance. You should not pick or scratch the flakes of dry skin off your face. Let the flakes fall off naturally, and don’t try to wash them, or force them off.
After the first color peel is done, the skin often takes on a dull, hazy, light, muted appearance. The color will eventually return after the healing is fully completed.
A tattoo moisturizer should be applied to dry skin only. Apply tattoo moisturizer several times during the day. However, only use it once at a time and only in very thin layers. You may need to apply it once a day, and you may need to apply it multiple times each day, or whenever your skin looks or feels tight and dry.
Suggested moisturizers after the procedure:
- Coconut Oil
- Shea Butter
- Avocado Oil
- Grapeseed Oil
- Jojoba Oil
Things To Avoid For Two Weeks After The Procedure:
Avoid any activity that will expose the treated area to direct sunlight. Avoid swimming. Skip the tanning bed. Avoid any activity that will cause you to sweat heavily. Avoid facials, steam, saunas, and long hot showers. Do not use Retin A, Glycolic, Salicylic acid, or any chemical on the eye or eyebrow area. Do not put on makeup over the treated area. Never tint, wax, tweeze, or thread your eyebrows.
